This iconic organisation are currently undergoing significant change and are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a client group of around 500 with day to day?generalist?activities?and assist with a number of key projects that are currently underway. These projects include a realignment and rolling out a new performance?management?program.? ?
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working within a large and sophisticated HR function, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and experience with an ASX listed organisation.?

In addition to well developed HR generalist skills, you will need to demonstrate:

• Previous restructure/realignment experience would be highly regarded
• Resilience and ability to push back
• Sound critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
