Objectives:

Status:
Reports directly to the Partners of the agency
Responsibilities:
Achieves the timely recording of all exchange and the credentials of all financial reports.?
Manages customer billing, both media and production.?
Manages monthly closing. Controls the upsurge of information into ubiquitous ledger.?
Prepares monthly change sheets and profit/loss statements.?
Maintains all corporate accounting annals in suitability with determined ordering schedules.?
Assists in the credentials of all audit/review schedules and examination of the books and annals with an outward accounting team.?
Ensures that media payments to vendors are reviewed, verified, and approved.?
Maintains adequate controls of profits and disbursements.?
Manages the agency?s transport and party process and procedural guidelines, execution, and updating.?
Prepares special reports and performs studies as destined by the Partners and Account Directors.?
Supervises outmost audits requested by organisation clients.?
Protects corporate resources by sound accounting policies and procedures which include:?
Provision for word coverage, as required; and?
Protection of business resources and detriment impediment by inner control and inner auditing.?
Contributes to corporate plan and operations as a pivotal member of executive government which includes:
Management of money and other investments;?
Maintenance of bank relationship;?
Receipt, custody, and value of the company?s monies and securities; and?
Credit and collection government in a timely fashion.
Obtains monthly projection of income from Partners, prepares annual and monthly responsibility forecasts on which government decisions can be based, such as:?
Accuracy of year end forecast; and
? Appropriate budgets and bill directives.?
Works with the Partners and AD?s to lane and hospital skeleton for all accounts.?
Assumes responsibilities of Network Administrator; manages information systems which include:?
Development of and use of electronic information estimate comforts (for payroll processing); and?
Development and use of government information systems (personal computers and the mechanism network).?
